You can submit an RTI application to the relevant PIO of the public authority in order to obtain information about completed tenders if the public authority failed to upload information about tender details. The information and categorization of tender works awarded by a strict public authority may not be available to the average citizen. The details of all work tenders that were supported and validated by the public, for which a Letter of Acceptance was issued, as well as the completed, ongoing, and pending work, would then need to be ascertained.
Information pertaining to tenders is extensive. Therefore, it makes sense to file an RTI application to obtain a copy of the tender receipt letter given to the winning bidder as well as a list of all the projects for which the public right has issued a tender receipt. You can get ready for the next step of the act after you receive information from the PIO, including the list of works and a copy of the reception letter.
