Service fees paid to FillRTI are generally non-refundable once work has started, including drafting, document review, consultation, processing, or submission.

Fees paid for RTI drafting and filing support are non-refundable once the RTI application has been prepared or submitted. We do not guarantee that authorities will provide the requested information.
Fees paid for legal drafting, notices, agreements, and consultations are non-refundable once the work has commenced or advice has been provided.
Transcript, degree verification, and document verification fees are non-refundable after processing has begun. External institution charges are also non-refundable.
If you request cancellation before any work has started, we may approve a partial or full refund after deducting payment gateway and administrative charges.
Approved refunds are usually processed within 5 to 10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
To request a refund, please email us with your order details, payment information, and reason for the refund request.
Important: Refund approval is subject to verification and the nature and status of the service already provided.
Customers are encouraged to contact us first before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so we can resolve the issue promptly.
