Gram Panchayat - Application

Gram Panchayat

Gram Panchayat RTI: Quick and Secure
Gram Panchayats are responsible for resolving disputes that arise within their jurisdiction in India's fully grassroots, respectable local autonomy system. They are also responsible for overseeing the degree and proper conclusion of a developmental assignment in the rural village or community that falls short of their authorized capacity.

You should send the RTI to the concerned PIO or APIO. It is not required to identify the bureaucrat in the application because every public capacity has an elected PIO or APIO. An RTI is defined as a submission with the necessary details on a plain sheet of paper. Additionally, you can attach any credentials that could help the beneficiary better respond to your question.

The PIO or APIO will evaluate your application after you make an initial payment of Rs 10. Additionally, you can use FillRTI to submit an online RTI. When requesting information from a Gram Pradhan, you must provide the name of the Panchayat you are referring to, the name of the state and area, and any additional details that may enable the PIO to accurately identify the Panchayat in question.
