Funds Utilization
There was a noticeable disparity in how money was distributed among the various universities. Additionally, it was seen that there was no information on any platform about how these monies were actually used. As a result, CIS submitted a Right to Information request to the relevant authorities. CIS filed a Right to Information query with several universities in order to obtain information about fund utilization. A report on the IPERPO Scheme's execution and the MHRD IPR Chair supported by the Scheme at several Indian universities for the 2013–14 academic year.
credentials pertaining to obtaining employment certificates and reviewing spending declarations and materials pertaining to all financial authorizations with regard to funds decided upon by the MHRD IPR Chair acknowledged under the IPERPO Scheme for the year (2013–14); credentials for the MHRD IPR Chair below the IPERPO system for (2013–14) that are accepted by many universities with regard to all matters pertaining to money and financial plans.
