The Right to Information Act, 2005 enables citizens to request information and official records held by public authorities in Delhi. Citizens may seek records relating to Government of NCT of Delhi departments, district administration, municipal services, land and property matters, public works, education, healthcare, transport, welfare schemes, recruitment and government expenditure. Disclosure is subject to the provisions and exemptions of the Act.
